Retno mengatakan larangan masuk dan transit bagi para pendatang atau travelers ke Indonesia hanya berasal dari beberapa wilayah yang ada di ketiga negara tersebut yaitu: Untuk Iran, larangan dan transit ke Indonesia jika pendatang sempat melakukan perjalanan dari Teheran, Qom dan Gilan. Untuk Italia, larangan dan transit ke Indonesia jika pendatang sempat melakukan perjalanan dari wilayah Lombardi, Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Marche, dan Piedmont dan untuk Korea Selatan, jika pendatang sempat melakukan perjalanan dari Kota Daego dan Provinsi Gyeongsangbukdo.
